Our Placement Process
Initial Consultation- Before we agree to work on your search assignment, we will need to speak with you in order to gather some basic information about your search. This initial consultation is completely free and is an opportunity for you to ask us any questions that come to mind.

Marketing- We use a number of vehicles for candidate sourcing from tech-savvy methods like social media all the way to the old school method of "cold-calling". Email, social media or even sending a personal letter, are all ways we contact potential candidates.
We attend trade shows and industry meetings to stay on top of industries we work in.

Recruiting/ Interviewing- We cold call or warm call potential candidates. The phone is our primary source of contact.
We will always pre-screen, pre-qualify and interview all candidates whom we refer to you to ensure they have the necessary requirements to be a viable candidate for your job.

Matching Candidates and Clients- We work closely with the client and candidate during this process to ensure all needs are met.

Offer Negotiation and "Close"- We will assist in crafting an offer to the candidates we refer who you would like to employ. We are the closers. We have several strategies to "close" the candidate you wish to hire in a timely manner.
